Vision

We have a Vision of a society that recognises and values each individual; a society that is culturally sensitive, where therapy is available for anyone who seeks support and where different theories of mind and therapeutic approaches are used to support mental health and emotional wellbeing. We aim to create a better community for each and every one of us.

Aim

Our aim is to provide equal access to therapeutic counselling for all people living in Northern Ireland by delivering culturally sensitive therapeutic support that is effective and affordable for everyone.
